On Freedom
FreedomFunction: noun
1 : the quality or state of being free: as a : the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action. b : liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another. c : the quality or state of being exempt or released from something onerous
In terms if definition, freedom is an asymptote on our life graph. We never really get a full bite of it, but an occassional whiff is enough to prompt our imagination of the full blast of its gloriousness and trigger an appetite for it.
Take Post-exam Syndrome; an involuntary reaction to the temporary liberation from having to study, some go craaaaaaaazy ;D while others totally zone-out. Whichever it is, we are still bound by expectations, duties to ourselves and others and by the impending loom of results. Then the cycle of disappointment/swelling of pride, determination to do better/live up to standard, then Pre-exam Syndrome starts again. Is it vicious? Absolutely.
Like I said, we will never really be free;
but I'll take fleeting freedom any day :)

slurred speech and bladerdash
Open Night Car
by Glass-hero
Head is throbbing
Figures spinning
Eyes are failing
Words keep blurring
Heart is absent
Notes translucent
No more slacking
Exams are coming
end
Yet I fear I am too late.
